ABOUT US

Masters Legal Services are a small, friendly legal firm operating from 85 Rosemount Viaduct, Aberdeen. They also attend fortnightly at the offices of Banski and Co, Solicitors, Laurencekirk where they provide legal advice on court related matters to clients of that firm.

Lin Masters

Lin Masters is the Principle Solicitor and is a graduate of Aberdeen University. She has been a partner for 10 years. Lin is an ex serving member of Her Majesty’s Forces and a one time Brigade Courts Marital Clerk. On leaving the Army she became a civil servant working for MOD (Army) before changing direction and studying law.  She has a sound insight into the way matters are dealt with in the Army and has represented a number of soldiers who have needed legal advice. Lin is married to John a Helicopter Pilot who flies on the North Sea. She has one daughter who is a Psychiatric Nurse.  

Lin has been appointed as a Safeguarder and Legal Representative to children. She also prepares reports for the Court about residence and contact issues. She has successfully completed  the Family Law Mediation course run by the Law Society of Scotland.

Stephanie Miller

Has joined the solicitors at Masters Legal Services as an associate. Stephanie qualified as a solicitor at Aberdeen University and her special areas of interest are Family Law, Child Law, Grandparents Rights and Children's Hearings.

Stephanie was born and brought up in Aberdeen.  She graduated from Aberdeen University in 2002 with an LLB (Honours) Degree.  She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Family and Child Law Specialist.  

Stephanie is also waiting for her application to become a Safeguarder to be considered and hopes to be appointed within the next few months.  

Stephanie is married to Bob who is a Chef and they have one son.
